Instead of saying it is a team-building, we can refer this as a gathering.
BNI Together Klang had organised their first-ever team-building event in Kuala Lumpur, with an objective to enhance bonds among members and provide support to every referral partner in the Chapter.
The team-building event began at 4pm with the simple ice-breaking session, followed by speech from the Executive Director of the BNI Klang region, Miichaael Yeoh. All the participants joined conclaves based on their alliances after their dinner.
The night is too young! After the conclaves ended, all the participants joined into the main hall for a chapter meeting discussion. Participants raised up chapter's needs of change with new ideas to improve the performance of the Chapter in the region.
The morning war sounded at 8:30am between the alliances when one of the team shouted their slogan. A digital war commenced between the two alliances which they were required to fight for their best.
After a face-to-face war, the event concluded with a prize-giveaway ceremony sponsored by Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd.
Specially thanks to some of the BNI Together Klang referral partners who had contributed in the success of the event by being committee members. Last but not least, a great appreciation to all the referral partners of BNI Together Klang who participated the event.
