Course Enrolment
- Registration is subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment or purchase order.
- Confirmation of email will be delivered to your registered email address upon receiving your submission by Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd to confirm your specified date.
- Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered alternative dates.
- Course confirmation (which is finalised by payment) should be made seven (7) days in advance before the day commencement of course.
Payment Terms
- 20% of payment of course fees must be made prior to the start of the course claiming from levy of HRD Corp, while 50% of payment of course fees must be made prior to the start of the course not claiming from HRD Corp levy.
- No cash payments are allowed.
- Failure to complete course payment (bank transfer and DuitNow QR payment) as mentioned in Clause 2 of this section seven (7) days before the commencement of course may result in cancellation of your registration.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If you wish to cancel your registration for a particular course, you must notify Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd in writing to enquiry@mindasfera.com.my at least 3 days in advance before course commencement.
- Take note that there is no refund policy available. You may delay and change your course for unlimited number of times within 3 months (90 days) from the payment date, after which the credit can be forfeited by Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd.
- No refunds and credits will be given for no-show participants or cancellation on the course date.
- In the event of course cancellation by Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd, a credit will be issued for your registration to the new course conducted by Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd, which your credit will only expire based on Clause 2 in this section from the date of credit issued as your payment date.
Subsitution & Transfers
- You may transfer and make changes on registration to another individual by notifying Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd in writing at least 3 days before the course start date.
- Requests to transfer to a different course and course date must be made at least 7 days prior to the original start date and are subject to availability, in writing.
Certification & Attendance
- Certificates of completion will only be issued to participants who meet
- Course attendance: 80% of total course hours
- Course assessment: Average of 60% of all assessments
- Submission of course evaluation form for the course
- Late arrivals or early departures may impact eligibility for certification.
Intellectual Property
- All course materials provided, including slides, workbooks and digital resources, are the intellectual property of Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd and are for personal and internal use only.
- Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction of course materials is prohibited, which may be subjected to Copyrights Act 1982 whenever imposed.
Data Protection & Privacy
- Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd will collect and store your personal information in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
- Your data will only be used for the purpose of course administration (including HRD Corp submission of levy) and communication. You may opt-in to receive updates on future courses and events.
Limitation Of Liability
- Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the training services.
- Liability for direct damages is limited to the full course fee paid.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
