A half-day AI Skills session for accountants and secretaries was held here recently, aiming to enhance their adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in their daily tasks.
The session, led by Mr. Cheah Man Sheng (Vincent MSC) from Minda Sfera Sdn Bhd, covered essential topics such as the strengths of AI chatbots, structuring effective prompts and AI usage ethics.
Participants learned how to craft prompts that yield accurate results, and were given hands-on exercises to convert poorly written prompts into effective ones. The training also touched on techniques used by prompt engineers to ensure AI chatbots deliver intended results.
The session concluded with a prize-giving ceremony, recognising the top-performing group. The event was part of the company's efforts to upskill its staff and keep pace with the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
According to industry experts, accountants and secretaries who acquire AI skills will be better equipped to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and add value to their organisations.
